Job Description

**1. Client Acquisition:**

- Identify and research potential clients and target markets to build a robust Job Requirement pipeline.

- Develop and execute effective sales & marketing strategies to acquire new clients.

- Conduct market analysis and competitive research to identify growth opportunities.

- Collaborate with the management team to convert leads into clients .

- Attend online industry events and conferences to establish connections and generate leads.

 

**2. Client Relationship Management:**

- Nurture and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients.

- Ensure client satisfaction through regular communication, addressing concerns, and delivering exceptional service.

- Understand clients' needs and recommend additional products or services to meet their objectives.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet client expectations and ensure seamless project delivery.

- Serve as a trusted advisor, offering valuable insights and solutions to enhance client success.

 

**3. Brand Building on Social Media Platforms:**

- Develop and implement social media strategies to enhance the company's online presence and brand awareness.

- Create engaging and relevant content for various social media platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, etc.).

- Monitor and analyze social media metrics to track the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.

- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to optimize brand positioning.

- Collaborate with marketing teams to align social media efforts with broader marketing strategies.

Desired Candidate Profile

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
